Hello Ho-Ho-Kus Families!
Happy Summer Vacation! We deserve it!!!! I cannot wait to relax in my garden and read a great book!
Here is a little bit about me! I have 2 daughters and 1 son, Scarlett (7), Vivienne (5), & Donovan (3). My family also has a 90 pound goldendoodle named Samson (9). We are excited to have an awesome summer together, playing in the sprinkler and riding bikes and scooters in our neighborhood!
My family loves the Jets and Notre Dame football! My favorite season is fall; football, the beginning of school and crisp, cool weather!
I graduated from Colgate University with a degree in Mathematical Economics back in 2006. After working in finance in NYC for a few years, I realized where my true passion lies: in education. I obtained my Masters Degree in Elementary Inclusive Education from Teachers College, Columbia University and regard the choice of going back to school as one of the best things I ever did!
This is my twelth year of teaching, and I couldn't be more thrilled to be a part of the amazing staff here at Ho-Ho-Kus! My mission as a teacher is to help young people become avid and skilled readers, writers, and inquirers.
I believe in teaching the "whole child" and am committed to making my teaching culturally responsive. I value and do my best to incorporate students' cultures throughout the curriculum. I am thrilled about the rich curriculum that awaits our 5th graders. I can already tell that we will have a fantastic year!
“The Ho-Ho-Kus Public School is committed to a high standard of academic excellence in compliance with the|
